Magnifique appartement avec vue mer situé dans petite villa de 4 appartements .
Nous attachons une grande importance à la propreté des lieux que nous vous louons.
Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix . Nous pouvons en louer pour vous . C'est 18 euros par personne drap plus serviettes .
Le WIFI gratuit et illimité.
Entièrement rénové fin 2013 .
Les deux terrasses ont une vue mer à 180°, la mer est visible depuis les fenêtres des deux chambres et du salon. L'appartement est très clair, mais reste frais en été de part son exposition .
Cet appartement est composé de 2 chambres avec 2 lits en 1m60 et d'une grande mezzanine idéal pour les enfants où se trouve un lit pour 2 personnes en 1m40 et un lit pour 1 personne en 90 cm .
Quartier calme et la mer (crique) à 1 min à pied .
Une grande cave dans laquelle vous pouvez entreposer vos vélos, canoé, paddle, équipement de plongée, etc...
Le centre de San Ambroggio est à 2 min en voiture où vous pourrez retrouvez les commerces .

“Beautiful holidays”
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great place, nice & compact flat, sunsets from the balcony - and the beach is only a few minutes away
