Description
The cottage has a lovely sunny patio garden with raised deck area for eating al fresco. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella and a garden seat on the patio. The garden is in the sun for almost all of the day.
For cyclists and yachters there is a separate entrance which is a covered walk through to the rear of the house. It is perfect for storing all you outside equipment safely and keeping it all dry. There is a clothes line in this area for any wet weather gear.
The cottage itself is a Tardis and is much larger inside than you would imagine. There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen, conservatory and a summer breakfast room leading off from the kitchen. The cottage is very warm and cosy but has a lot of living space. We have tried to offer our clients all the comforts of home and think of everything you might need to enjoy your time there

“Fabulous find”
Stayed in this wonderful quaint cottage in the heart of Lymington. I wanted to take the mattress home as it was so comfy. Everything we needed was there. Good parking space. I just loved it. Lynn was so helpful and on hand if needed. We will be back. Only thing which was a fab find it had a downstairs toilet which wasn't advertised!

“A great base to explore Lymington and the surrounding area”
First trip away for a short break and couldn't be happier. This property is so perfectly placed and has the bonus of a parking space just across the road and the station is minutes away if travelling by train. Very cozy little house but with plenty of space,clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed, lovely outside space to sit in the sun just what was needed after the dreaded lockdown. There are plenty of places to eat and a lovely pub 'The Kings Head' just five minutes stroll from the front door. Lynn was easily contactable and very helpful which all adds to a relaxing stay.

“Superb holiday property”
This is a spacious, comfortable, well equipped cottage in a great location. The standard of furnishing is exceptional for a holiday rental property. The parking space fifty yards away is a bonus .Lymington is a great base to explore The New Forest and nearby coastal towns, and The Isle of Wight is a half-hour ferry trip away. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Kelyma Cottage

“Thoroughly recommended.”
A very comfortable, well-situated town cottage. The facilities are excellent and the cottage is very comfortable and spacious both inside and out. Ideal for two couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom facilities.

As you say it is an old cottage but the bathrooms are modern and everything works but the location is also a huge plus as the car can be left parked and you can get everywhere in town in minutes. “Excellent location, wonderful homely cottage”
The cottage is located a few minutes away from the riverside and shops. Lots of good restuaruants in the area. The cottage looks much smaller on the outside but is spacious inside. The cottage is spotlessly clean, warm and homely with everything you might possibly need. A nearby parking space is available. The area is fantastic, lots to see and do. Great value for money. 10/10
