Charming and exclusive Villa in the heart of Marches .
Villa San Pellegrino dates back to the 1800, but it is been completely restored to the 1990. It is belong to a noble and very known Italian family and then bought by and important entrepreneur. The Private Chapel, inside the park, is date from 1460 and it is quoted in the books as one of the oldest Church of Macerata.
San Pellegrino is situated in a beautiful panoramic hill, with a wonderful view, from where you can admire the Adriatic sea and Sibillini mountains.
Thanks to the good position and hilly climate, the house enjoys an atmosphere of total relax and wellness that improves the quality of your life.
The Villa is located in the heart of a green park of 30.000mq, between secular trees, fruit-trees and olive-tree, far from the town traffic, which makes the villa enjoyable and allows total privacy and quiet.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review. We take our guests feedback very seriously at Villa San Pellegrino to continuously improve our service, however we were saddened to receive such review. The group in question has done multiple damages to the property unlike anyone else before and the deposit kept will cover slightly all the repairs needed. The rental agreement was reviewed and signed by the group leader, however the guests still behaved with disrespect to staff and to the property itself. All the guests names have been signaled to this site and other rental portals to ensure and protect other properties from what happened to us.

This is a wonderful place to base your eastern Italy vacation. The wonderful managers will arrange anything you need--chefs, entertainment, day trips. Just cannot say enough about these women.
