Description
My property is a 60 sqm flat, which is located in Palù area in Madonna di Campiglio. The unit is wooden built, tailor made for a mountain holiday. Behind the building, you can enjoy a relaxing forest view. You can also benefit from access to a lumber-room downstairs where to store your skiing equipment and a free parking permit (parking lot in front of the building).
The PRICE INCLUDES:-heating for the winter time and hot water,-WIFI and electricity,-parking permit in front of the residence.
In the apartment there are respectively: • Living room with TV, WIFI and 2 couches (of which one is a sofa-bed for 2 extra people), • Whole equipped kitchen with dining table, oven and dish-washer, • Wooden double bedroom with a wide wardrobe, • Second bedroom with 2 single beds and two wardrobes, • 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, • Lumber room next to the apartment with washing-machine • Recreation room with table-tennis and benches, • Room downstairs with dryer and another washing-machine (next to recreation room) • Second lumber-room downstairs where you can store skiing equipment.
