Description location: Apartment is situated in the heart of Makarska, only 50 m distance from the the main promenade called RIVA and 100 m from sandy beach. And at the same time, location is quite and peaceful, isolated from the daily traffic. The apartments are surrounded by greenery, flowers and Dalmatian native plants (figs, olives, lemon, orange, tangerine). Due to its convenient position there will be no need for your car during your stay in Makarska.

In radius of 100 m of the apartments has bank, exchange office, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, fish market, etc.

Description apartment: Apartment is completely new, with modern interior. You can enjoy in all contents of everyday life: SAT/TV, DVD, 2 air conditioner, unlimited wireless internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed and extra bed in the living room is possible for 1 or 2 persons. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, storage and balcony.

In the house there is one more apartment 2+3 and apartments can be used as double for maximum 10 persons.

House rules: Additional bed is extra charged 10 Eur/day. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Arrival to apartments is after 12:00 and departure till 10:00.

Features: Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Baby cot in the price.

Possibility of transfer from airport and ferry port Split and from airport and ferry port Dubrovnik which is extra charged.
