The villa lends itself perfectly to the enjoyment of both, the indoors and the outdoors of Makarska's Mediterranean. We are hoping the offer will fulfill some of the demand which exceeds Makarska's current state. The wide living space, indoor and outdoor dining areas, chic bedrooms and gorgeous deck space have all been designed to give unabated views that are amazing. A private pool which is temperature adjusted and the outdoor lounge chairs allow you to enjoy and relax in the unending sights and sounds of Makarska.The villa has an indoor area of 380m2 across three floors.4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 8 people. On the ground floor is located the beautiful temperature adjusted heated pool and BBQ, the penthouse has large terrace with a Jacuzzi from which extends a continiuous view of the city, sea, islands and the mountain. “Wonderful villa & owners”
Ankica and Petar are the most of what a villa owner and host should be for their guests. Thank you both again for the service and kindness. The villa is simply wonderful, very well built and full of everything one could need during the stay. We would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a great holiday in Makarska.

“Superb Villa”
This is a stunning villa. We travelled as a family, 7 in the group. The accommodation was spacious with every attention to detail. All bedrooms have good quality en suite bathrooms with a plentiful supply of towels and dressing gowns.The villa is modern and very clean. The pool area was fab plenty of loungers and also included some shaded areas for those with fair skin. The jacuzzi was used a lot by younger members of the party who loved nothing better than relaxing in it on a night watching the sea with a glass of wine. The hosts Anglican and her husband are lovely people who cannot do enough for their guests. We all had a fabulous time.

“Simply amazing!”
We’ve just returned from a week in Makarska and stayed at villa palladium which is owned by Peter and Ankica. When we arrived it was 11pm and they met us at the villa, they showed us around and provided all of the information on the villa and wider Makarska. They surprised us with a beautiful meat, cheese and bread platter and some drinks which was very welcomed. The villa is very spacious and is literally a home from home with all of the items you would usually pack (hairdryers, towels, travel plugs and the obligatory spare toilet roll!) they really have thought of everything. The villa itself lived up to the pictures we had seen, it’s stunning and filled will high end items. The pool is very well maintained by Peter as is the hot tub. Peter and Ankica are easily reachable for any queries or needs. The beach and the marina are a five - ten minute down hill walk and a very energetic (cardiac hill) return but for those with mobility issues a taxi ride is a few pounds and there are lots of cabs... just agree a price as we had two cabs for our large group and one charged 58 kuna and the other 88! There is a corner shop right in front of the villa for all of your essentials though. There are lots of cafe bars, restaurants and take away supplying good quality fresh foods and cheap drinks. The locals are lovely and friendly and we thoroughly felt at home in the area. There are lots of supermarkets/mini markets for food so everything is at hand that you could require. The boat trips and excursions are very reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed a trip to a couple of other parts of Croatia. The beach at Makarska is utterly stunning and the warmest of the few that we sampled because it is nestled in a cove and even on the night we suffered gale force winds it didn’t look anything near choppy! It is without question the most beautiful beach and clearest ocean I have ever seen and I have seen a fair few in 30 years. We were treated to some traditional Croatian Peka which our hosts Peter and Ankica make for us and what a delight it was. It is almost a stew/hotpot and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I have completely fallen in love with Makarska and can only liken it to the quaintest of Cornish towns but with better weather. The architecture is outstandingly beautiful and the addition of little narrow streets that hide a wealth of market stalls are a real delight. Our stay at villa palladium was amazing and we will certainly back without hesitation.

“Best Villa we have ever stayed in.”
I cannot recommend this villa enough. It was spotless and you could not ask for anything better. Perfectly positioned for beach and mariana Petar and Ankica could not do enough for us. One of my friends had a slight accident and they were so kind and thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed even coming to the hospital with us to make sure she was ok. We will definitely return!
