Description

Villa Nina has 250 square meters with additional landscape of 120 square meters, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 modern bedrooms.

The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equip kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) with a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living /dining room which lead to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area includes lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Approachable from the kitchen is outdoor area where the BBQ facilities with dinning area are. The first floor features 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below and the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Biokovo Mountain. All rooms feature queen size beds, two of them are with built-in closets, one with wardrobe and all of them have beautiful bathrooms with luxurious glass showers. Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where is an open roof terrace with un-obstacle sea views. At the top there is a outdoor kitchenette, bathroom with shower and fourth room with pull out sofa, and huge terrace. Villa Nina features a heated pool, open roof terrace with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea below, BBQ facilities.

Getting around

Makarska is a big enough town to have everything you could possibly want during your holiday. Villa Nina is about a 5 -10 minute drive from the center of town / main beach, so it’s really easy to get anywhere you need to go, but it is a little ways up one of the mountains (Veliko Brdo). As such, the views are spectacular, on both sides (mountain and sea). Makarska is a great destination for hikers. Mount Biokovo looms over Makarska as a paradise for those seeking unbeaten trails.

As hosts of Villa NINA we prefer to give you as much privacy as possible. We want you to think of the villa as your home for a week. Pool cleaning and sheet changes and other similar technicalities can be discussed upon your arrival as not to interfere with your schedule in the least. We also offer the option of renting a chef for the week, booking excursions or assisting you in anything that could possibly add to your pleasant stay at Villa NINA.
