Description
Located on the plateau of the Val di Non, bordered by woods and meadows, Pioncla House and an old country residence in the small town of Central and Malosco sunny location with views of the Brenta Dolomites.
The home, built in the late 1800 's and recently renovated, is from generations of Family Justice and offers a warm and familiar environment. It originally included the barn, the barn the mill and the House of the farmer.
The two apartments were obtained in originating and barn locations grain grinder, so they kept the original name.
The apartment Il Mulino is situated on the first floor, in the rooms where originally stood a millstone driven by hand which was used by wheat mill, and with large terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding green lawns and the peaks of the Brenta Dolomites which stand out in the sky.
The apartment is furnished in Alpine style with care and attention to detail. Features on ca. 50 square meters of an entrance, a room with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so you can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. In addition, living dining area and direct access to the large terrace of approx. 20 sqm, complete with table and chairs, ideal place to enjoy pleasant moments relaxing and sunbathing in privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. The bathroom is with bath and washing machine.
Complete with TV with channels in English and German, free WiFI internet access.
There are iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, also on request, high chair and baby cot.
Your four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement with the owners.
