Aphrodite Sands Resort is a new stunning signature development of luxury holiday homes built for the more discerning holiday maker located in the beautiful Cypriot village of Mandria close to Paphos. Set in its own private exclusive landscaped gardens and boasting first class on-site facilities, Aphrodite Sands provides its visitors with everything they could ever wish for.
This resort's central location to several golf courses means it is ideal for golfers, beach lovers, or those just looking to relax in a peaceful environment with top class leisure facilities.
The apartment is spacious and elegant, having top quality furniture throughout with a fully equipped custom Italian kitchen & modern appliances. The bedrooms feature elegant fitted Italian wardrobes and internal doors giving a feeling of luxury throughout. In addition the apartment is fully air-conditioned. Smart TV provided. For your comfort a maximum of 4 people is indicated ,but there is a sofa bed, but only with prior approval to use as a bed.

This is a self catering apartment, if a mid stay clean is required, this can be requested at the on site office during opening hours for a fee paid locally

“Family holiday”
Spacious apartment with everything needed for a few days in the sun. Lovely clean pool, friendly and helpful staff. Annette, the owner, is very helpful and communication is easy. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we arrived and this was quickly fixed.

“An absolutely ideal place to stay in Mandria.”
The Aphrodite Sands complex has many facilities and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The apartment itself is spacious and well equiped,with a large sunny terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to any of my friends. The owner was always helpful with any queries I had.

“Fabulous”
We (family of 4) were lucky enough to rent this stunning apartment for 10 nights at the beginning of August. This apartment has every thing you need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is huge, and the outside space is amazing! Everything was spotless. The owner, Annette, was very helpful and honest and always available to answer any questions. The pool area was never over crowded, plenty of sun beds for everyone. The village is a 5 minute walk away, I think there were 4 restaurants and a small shop. We had a couple of tasty meals in the Italian. It's a shame there isn't a bar in the complex. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and hopefully we will be able to return to 104 in the near future. Very happy to give this place 5*.

“Fantastic!”
We stayed for 8 days in late August/early September. The resort is lovely; really clean and well maintained. The staff were unobtrusive but very helpful when we had queries. Our apartment was centrally positioned overlooking the pool and the terrace enjoyed the sunshine throughout the day. The terrace was extremely spacious with a large table and chairs at one end, an informal seating area as well as 2 sunbeds. Inside the apartment was also spacious, with open plan kitchen/diner/living area off which there is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fixtures and fittings were high quality and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Mandria village restaurants were less than 5 mins away and had great atmosphere, varied menus and fab cocktails!
