House distributed on three floors + garage. On the seafront promenade, 1 block from Aquarium and 4 of Faro. Spa Marbella private front entrance and opposite public beach, just cross the street and you're in the public or private beach as you prefer. Garage for 2 or 3 cars. All plants have a terrace balcony overlooking the sea. The first floor has a kitchen-living room, equipped with crockery for 10 people, utencillos kitchen full, dishwasher 12 cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, industrial kitchen, table for 10, armchair and SmarTV 47 " with Directv DVR with all premium HD and Hotpack enabled channels. WiFi. Air conditioning F / C, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and full bathroom with whirlpool. the next floor has three bedrooms, a double on the front with balcony overlooking sea, caloventor and fan with remote control and LED TV 32 "with Directv DVR and all enabled. the other two rooms on the building with 2 single somiers each and caloventores fans and remote control. All the rooms with their placards. The whole house with blackout roller shades. Full bath (sink, toilet, bidet and shower with bathtub). The third floor has a terrace balcony overlooking the sea, 1 double bed mattress and 2 single somiers more bathroom with toilet and bidet and Air Conditioning F / C. Background with pool 6 x 2 x 1.50 depth and lighting and filtering, barbecue area with barbeque, table and bathroom with toilet and bidet. Wash sink and tender. ONLY FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES. NOT ALLOWED YOUTH GROUP OR TEENAGERS. NO PETS AND IS NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE. FAILURE TO SUCH RESTRICTION WILL BYPASS THE IMMEDIATE BOOKING, NO RIGHT TO CLAIMS PAYMENT MADE. Getting around

Once installed on Claremar want enjoyment; simply cross the avenue, you'll be on the beach, whether public or private; because we are just opposite the resort Marbella opposite the public beach entrance. A few meters will also find the Honubeach, Playbeach, Guillermo, Southbeach, Mariano and Waikiki resorts. Only 5 minutes driving we found the resort restaurants port, also 5 min Alem Street and 8min Guemes Street, 3min the new Casino of Uthgra Sasso Hotel and bowling alleys 10min on the beach in front of Mc Donalds. Of course, if we wished also to go downtown, theaters or Provincial Hotel Casino, just 15 minutes drive (well depending on traffic) or take collective.

We live next to the house so we will be for them and for whatever they need during their stay.
