Description
This truly tropical retreat Keys’ home has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and modern open kitchen.
Master Bedroom has king sized bed, full bathroom with shower, granite sink, walk in closet, glass block windows.
Second Bedroom has queen sized bed, closet, and adjoining bathroom with shower/tub.
Livingroom has two large leather sofas. 40 inch flat screen tv with Cable TV, DVD Player, Sony Stereo/CD player to listen to the rhythm of a steel drum band. House has local phone service with incoming long distance ability. House phone number is 305-289-1806.
Backporch is fully enclosed in glass and has a single day bed along with a queen sized fold out sofa bed and matching love seat. This nautical room has beautiful water views making it great for reading, cocktails, and moonlit nights.
Spacious Kitchen has all modern appliances: stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and disposal. All cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided for a lovely seafood meal.
Outside is a beautiful tropical setting of coral rock, coconut tree palms, and a key lime tree. Also included, gas stainless steel grill, tiki hut, chairs for outdoor dining and chaise lounges for sun bathing. Plenty of parking for boat trailers.
Two private driveways and under house parking in carport. Extra refrigerator in carport for your catch, bait, and boat beverages. Full size washer and dryer are located on the ground floor in a separate closet at the front of the house.
Private boat ramp is located on property. Ramp is only shared with the renters from our house across the canal THE ROYAL PALM HOUSE. # 378511
Kokomo Boat House is located at the end of a 200 foot wide deep water canal, across the canal from our Royal Palm House. Our 60 foot lighted boat dock has a 20 foot finger pier that is ideal for fishing or launching your boat from our private ramp. Amenities include stainless steel fish cleaning table, fresh water, boarding ladders and 120 volt power outlets.
