Description

Welcome to this typical Majorcan house in the village of María de la Salut. It is prepared for 10 persons.

The beautiful outdoor area counts with a 9m x 5m chlorine pool, a spacious, furnished terrace, two well-furnished porches, a barbecue and a wood stove.

The 244m2 2-storey house maintains its typical Majorcan rustic style, with hydraulic tiles, while including modern elements. It counts with 5 bedrooms: 3 in the main house and 2 in the attached house, which has access from the porch. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a double bed and 2 count with 2 individual beds (one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub). The 2 bedrooms in the attached house count with a double bed and air conditioning (one of them is situated on the first floor and counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower). On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower, on the first floor.

The cozy living room counts with 3 sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a secondary living room with 2 sofas. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and enough chairs. The independent dining kitchen works with a hob and counts with a fire place, a dish washer and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

As María de la Salut is situated in the center, it is easy to reach any corner of the island easily and in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and inhabited by the locals. Far from the touristic places, you will get to know Mallorca from the inside by the hand of the local people. In María de la Salut you will find everything you might need during your stay: pharmacy, bank, sport facilities, bars and some restaurants.

In only 15 minutes by car, you can reach, for example, Ses Casetes dels Capellans in Can Picafort, for a relaxing day at the beach. There, you will find some nice restaurants for a good paella or enjoying a cocktail at sundown with your feet in the fine sand. In Can Picafort itself, you will find all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions, as well as in Port d'Alcúdia or Pollença.
