Description

We've owned our apartment from new. It's furnished by us to be the most comfortable holiday home imaginable. It can sleep four people as there are two sofa beds in the living area which means that it's good for families with small children but many of our guests are couples, young and old.

A gorgeous waterside, air-conditioned, apartment, furnished to a very high standard, looking out over Marigot Bay, reputed to be the most beautiful bay in the entire Caribbean.

The apartment is situated above the Marina Village in Marigot Bay. Directly beneath the apartment there is a great breakfast bakery/cafe. You have free access to the swimming pool at the next door Zoetry Marigot Bay Hotel where you can also purchase a day pass to enjoy food and beverages.

A holiday to remember!! The apartment was lovely and adequate in every way. We found everyone so friendly especially Pauline who looked after us. Simon, the owner, also was very informative with any questions we had. Thankyou so much. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment with its breathtaking views of the bay.

“Relaxation guaranteed and amazing location.”

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing vacation in early September when the weather was perfect but everything was quiet - just how we like it. The apartment is in the most amazing location with incredible views along the Bay and out to sea. Great atmosphere at sunrise before the world wakes up and goes about its business, youu can even watch Herons and Egrets fishing from the boats moored beneath the balcony. The apartment was just as we'd hoped - very spacious and stylish. As vegetarians, the full kitchen gave us added flexibility for dinner having stocked up at Super J supermarket about a 10 minute drive away, though a small grocery store is available in resort for essentials. We tried most of the restaurants and decided Masala Bay was our favourite restaurant for dinner. It was great having laundry facilities and the efficient AC was indispensable at night, but by day the windows and doors of the triple aspect sitting room could be opened to generate a refreshing breeze. We made use of the pool and dining facilities for lunch at the Capella Hotel which was very civilised with a movie set view of the high end yachts from the lower infinity pool that we usually had to ourselves - wow! If you want a quiet, sophisticated but unpretentious base for exploring the island than Marigot Bay is perfect and given the bay fronting balcony you can watch the comings and goings of the colourful water taxis and yachting fraternity all day long, not to mention the 'madder than a box of frogs' excursion boats that arrive all guns blazing but soon head back out again, whereupon peace and tranquillity returns and reminds you why you chose Marigot Bay in the first place!! Simon was friendly and efficient during the booking process and Pauline the apartment manager greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything to make our stay perfect. She even offered flexibility on check out to tie in with our second week accommodation check in which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay!

“A Slice of Paradise”

This is a very unique property, overlooking a picturesque bay and marina. While the bay is secluded, you won't feel isolated; as there are several restaurant options, water sports, and boat watching opportunities right in Marigot Bay. You can arrange your daily excursions by land or sea; or just lay by the pool at the Capella Resort next door. We felt like we were in paradise! The apartment is very spacious, well equipped (full kitchen, laundry, cable, internet, A/C), and well maintained. Everyone we met in St. Lucia was friendly and helpful; especially Pauline, the property manager. Simon, the owner, was also very easy to communicate with and attentive to client satisfaction. One highlight of our visit was Pigeon Island (US$7/pp). It is a well maintained national park on the north end of the island (1 hour drive from Marigot Bay) with some hiking paths, beautiful views, beaches, and a café. For other attractions, one should call ahead to make sure they are open on the day you plan to visit.

“wonderful rental experience”

This was our first online vacation rental experience & it could not have been better! The apartment provided the most wonderful accommodations with all the comforts of home! The apartment was very clean, beautifully maintained and very spacious. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more and found that the location was an easy spot for venturing off for Island activities or spending time sitting on the balcony and watching all the marina activity below (which became one of our favorite things to do)! The ability to use the facilities at the Capella Resort next door was wonderful as well, and they provided nothing short of great customer service. Marigot Bay offered many convenient options for dining and activities. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great experience in St. Lucia. We certainly plan to make a return trip in the future!
