Description
The villa is situated in a premier golfing estate in Kwa Zula Natal, South Africa. It is close to Margate airport and 147 Km from Durban. San Lameer is 690 km from Johannesburg. It has a lifesaver protected beach and an hotel with excellent restaurant, 18 hole golf course, bowls green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, spa, golf cart rental and golf club rental.
Villa 140/12 overlooks a forest and the sea in the distance. It is serviced. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single beds), a spacious lobby and lounge area, TV, Wi Fi and air conditioning. This leads to a patio and 18-meter swimming pool. On the patio there is a dining table with seating for 10 people and 4 loungers. There is a gas braai on the pool patio. The pool is not fenced.
The lounge gives access to two bedrooms and two staircases. These lead to two upstairs en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private patio. The upstairs landing doors lead to the roof terrace. The balustrade here is not a high balustrade and it is not advisable for children to use this terrace unsupervised.
The kitchen runs off the lounge and has table seating for 10 people. An outside braai area with gas braai is on the outside of the kitchen and comprises of an outside tiled area for open air dining. A handy window opens from a scullery onto a serving area next to the gas braai.
A laundry is on the opposite side of the house from the kitchen. There are two garages and parking for two extra vehicles.
All linen and towels, including swimming towels are provided.
