DEAR TRAVELER, PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens, changed mid-week; towels, changed mid-week; maid service from Monday to Saturday 4 hours each day; beach/pool towels; electricity up to 1000 kWh per week.Available upon request: baby bed. Villa Libellula is a charming and bright three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 22 people. From Villa Libellula you will enjoy a bright view of the sea. Villa Libellula is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Libellula from the parking area going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 40 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Libellula. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to five cars.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. It is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Terrace

The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

Patio 1

The first patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and a side view of the sea.

Bottom LevelPatio 2

The second patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with original handmade tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a home theatre CD player with Ipod dock station. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a nice view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
