Beautiful location with fantastic sea view and a new Swimming Pool.
Beautiful villa, 2 storeys, with several very large terraces and pergolas, all looking towards the cristal clear sea. In 2017 the house was completely renovated, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It has two bathrooms and two kitchens, the apartment on the ground floor (96 m2, 4 sleeps) with seaview, washing machine and dishwasher and a second apartment on the first floor, beautiful apartment with 64 m2 (3 to 4 sleeps) with a wonderful and breathtaking view to the sea.
The Villa Le Terrazze offers breathtaking views of the deep blue, crystal clear sea and the beautiful countryside. Untreated olive groves, great peace, oxygen and pure nature. An indescribable pleasure. We are constructing a beautiful swimming pool, that will be ready by April 2023.
One of the most beautiful locations of Italy, at the southern tip of Salento, the heel of the boot, within a nature park. Numerous beautiful villages with thousands of years of history, magnificent culture, fascinating architecture, warm people, the finest food and beguiling wine.
There are hundreds of destinations, attractions and places of natural beauty. It has a lot of beautiful rocky coves, some with thermal springs or with fresh water sources, many wonderful beaches, which are among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Some of these beaches quite remember the Maldives. The water temperature is from May to October warm (23 to 29 degrees C), at over 300 days of sunshine per year.
It is another world of heaven and earth, sea and sun, nature and well-being.
