Description

Small quiet condo between the seafront and the railway (the passage of trains can be noisy) It is 30 sqm, with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, a shower room, a balcony and all rooms have window or French door.

This apartment is ideal for 2 people,with or without little children: it has a double bed and a sofa bed (width. 1.40 mt), a small fridge, double hot plate, (induction cooker), microwave oven with grill, washing machine, air conditioning, ironing board, hair dryer, electric broom, wifi.

If requested, I provide a couple of bycicles.

It is very close to restaurants and pizzeria, within walking distance to many shops: supermarket, fish shop, tobacco shop etc..; balcony overlooking the side rail: of course there is the noise of the train.... The stony beach is across the road, dog beach at about 100 metres, car parks in front of the condo (part for free and part for a fee from 15/6 to 15/9)

The apartment is near many nice cities like Senigallia, Fano, Ancona, Pesaro. It is only 2 km away from the motorway exit Marotta-Mondolfo, 3 km away from the train station, about 40 km away from Ancona harbour and airport (Falconara Airport).

Getting around

Marotta is well connected by trains and bus to the main towns that you can reach both by car or by bus+train; Senigallia is 10 km, Recanati and Urbino can be reached in an hour, tha same time is requiredo to go to Frasassi. In less than an hour you can go to Ancona or Pesaro, to see shops, monuments or wonderful coasts. If you like to go around with calm, within a 30 km distance you can find little villages with about 1000 years of history, full of all you can desire: food, art, wonderful landscape. In Fano and Ancona you can also find boat trip.
