Description
VILLA MASSAIOLI is an Italian Villa built in the 1700s, on three floors, with two independent apartments.
Villa Massaioli belongs to two brothers, Napoleon and Louis Massaioli. It is said that during the 1800th century the Italian King Victor Emmanuel used to sleep at Villa Massaioli when he went hunting.
The first apartment is divided in two floors: ground floor (kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds), and a second floor (one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds, a dining room with kitchenette and a bath). The first apartment can accomodate 9 people and has two separated kitchens.
The second apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one room with 4 beds, a kitchen, two bathrooms (for a total of 8 people that can be accomodated).
The house is sorrounded by a very big park with a large outside table with also an outdoor barbecue. Villa Massaioli is situated on the top of a hill in the middle of Italy (Marche, Italy). It is situated two kilometers from the sea and is very close to historical and artistic tours. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday, about 8 km from Fano, and 11 km from Senigallia, and approximately 40 km from the Riviera del Conero.
It's also close to very beautiful places: Corinaldo, Mondavio, Rimini, Hermitage of Fonte Avellana, Pesaro, Urbino (museum with Raffaello and Piero della Francesca), Gubbio, Pergola and Grotte di Frasassi.
