Description

The residence is ideally located for visiting the city and the surrounding area. It is 5 minutes from the palm grove, 5 minutes from downtown (Gueliz) and 20 minutes from the airport. The Marjane hypermarket (open from 9 am to 10 pm 7 days a week) with its many shops and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away. The apartment consists of a large living room, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, a superb terrace of 15 square meters (open view of the Atlas and the palm grove), dining room ( 6 chairs), balcony with rattan table and chairs (view of the pool). The materials used and the finishes are of High Range. Marble floor, Tadelakt paint, sanitary high quality, double glazing, electric shutters, reversible central air conditioning, ... The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The bed consists of 2 single beds (90 x 200), 1 double king size bed (1.80 x 200), 2 sofa beds (90 x 200) and 1 cot. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is fully equipped. The household equipment includes crockery and cutlery, vacuum cleaner, cookware, cooker, microwave, iron, refrigerator-freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, LCD TV - DVD player, Satellite / Cable and Wifi. The apartment is on the third floor (with elevator) of a secure residence with free parking in the basement, electric gate, 24-hour security agents and surveillance cameras. The residence has a lagoon pool set in beautiful gardens; it is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It is monitored and maintained all year round. Sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels are provided free of charge. The residence is bordered by a landscaped garden with a play park for children, which gives an original touch to the site. The residence has a concierge service at the service of owners and tenants. The reception is open 24/7. Reception staff can be asked to order a pizza, call a taxi, make a reservation or simply have practical advice or tips. Additional services such as airport transfer, cleaning during the stay, organization of excursions, hammam and massage are available on request. The rental is reserved for people who care about their comfort. It is intended exclusively for married couples and families. Stays 'between single friends' are accepted subject to respect of the neighborhood and good morals.
