Description
Dar Essattatia, est une maison d'hôtes classée 2ème catégorie située dans la médina de Marrakech dans le quartier typique de Sidi bel Abbess.
Dépaysement garanti.
Très facile d'accès. Station de taxi, navettes vers la place Jemaa el fna, parking et tous commerces à proximité.
Le prix indiqué s'entend pour 8 personnes maximum ,enfants compris, la maison entière et pour une semaine hors taxes de séjour (payables sur place en fonction du nombre de personnes présentes et du nombre de nuits 23 dh/nuit/pers).
Dar Essattatia comporte 4 chambres doubles, idéale pour une grande ou deux familles avec enfants.
Attention : Ce qui est Interdit : Très gros fêtards, enterrement de vie de jeunes garçons ou jeunes filles, tourisme sexuel.
Pour une réponse plus rapide et favorable, nous vous invitons lors de votre premier contact à vous présenter et nous indiquer les raisons de votre séjour afin de savoir si nos valeurs sont communes.
En lisant les informations et documents que nous mettons à votre disposition, vous saurez tout de notre offre.
A l'inverse si vous ne vous présentez pas (certains oublient même de dire bonjour) n'espérez pas avoir une réponse. Nous souhaitons savoir a qui nous allons remettre les clefs de notre maison et mettre l'humain au centre de nos relations. Je pense que c'est compréhensible.
Nous donnons la priorité aux familles avec ou sans enfants et aux personnes qui nous apportent la garantie de respect autant envers notre personnel que notre bien. Merci de tenir compte de ces éléments avant de nous faire une demande de réservation.
L'accès à la maison est réservé uniquement aux personnes déclarées à la réservation.
Khadija(la gouvernante est présente sur place). Rémunérée par nos soins à l'année, elle assure les courses, la cuisine et le ménage. Ses services sont compris dans le prix de la location. Si vous souhaitez prendre des repas à la maison, seul l'argent des courses est à rajouter une fois sur place. Comptez 130 dirhams/jour et par personne soit environ 12 euros pour un petit déjeuner (50dh) et un dîner (80dh). Elle cuisine à merveille et parle le français.
Les repas sont faits maison au jour le jour avec les produits du marché. Pas de surgelé.
Vous ,'êtes pas obligés de prendre tous les repas à la maison.
Nous ne louons jamais la maison vide sans le personnel.
Vous serez attendus à l'aéroport, ce transfert aéroport-maison est inclus dans le prix de la location.

Nous restons conscients qu’une maison traditionnelle comme la nôtre demande un entretien régulier. Nous ne pouvons pas toujours le faire aussi rapidement qu’on le souhaiterait du fait que le calendrier des réservations de notre maison est très rempli. Nous faisons régulièrement le point avec notre équipe. Depuis le début, nous avons été soucieux de toujours améliorer le confort des voyageurs. Lors de notre prochain séjour des travaux notamment sur la terrasse sont déjà programmés. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez pu apprécier le caractère, la disponibilité et les compétences de notre personnel.

“Marrakech Riad”
