Description

This luxurious, semi-detached 3 bedroomed penthouse is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. It has its own plunge pool and large terraces and is located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The property has just been finished and all the furniture is new. The property is bright and airy and is located just seconds away from the sea, actually just a few steps away.

This penthouse can accommodate up to 8 persons (6 on kingsize beds and 2 on sofa beds). Cots and highchairs are available on request (please advise when booking). The property has air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room and in all bedrooms. The terraces are furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, together with a plunge pool. The internal space covers approximately 130 square meters, while the outdoor area covers another 110 square meters.

Fantastic sea views can be enjoyed from the large front and side terraces as well as from the living/ dining room and main bedroom. You can start the day by taking a dip in the pool or by sipping a cup of tea while enjoying the sunrise, sea vistas and the swaying of the traditional maltese boats (Luzzu). Alternatively you can sunbath in the large terraces or in the nearby beaches.

The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars and restaurants are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are a short walking distance. The bus stop is just a few meters away. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away. Free public parking is available on the street, however, private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost.

The sea and the promenade are just a few paces away. The sandy beach is just 2 minutes away by car.Since Malta is a small island and places are close to each other it would be helpful to have a car in order to see much of the island. Buses are also a cheap way for visiting the island. In the penthouse you will find leaflets of trips & information regarding places of interest.

No smoking is allowed at this property. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the terraces. No drugs are allowed. No excessive noise or loud music is allowed. No pets are allowed. The property should be left tidy and clean after departure.

Use of Electricity is included in the price for a maximum of 100 units per week. Consumption that exceeds 100 units per week is charged at 30 cents per unit.Bed linen, soap, cleaning products are provided and the beds will be done on arrival. We also provide a one time set up of two hand towels and two bath towels per person per week.

Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.

Distance to Airport:Malta International Airport: 11 Kilometres (18 mins by car)

Places to visit in Marsascala:Mamo Tower : 2.2 km (3 mins by car); St. Thomas Tower : 0.75km (1 min by car); St Thomas Bay (sandy beach): 1.5km (2 mins by car); Zonqor Point (coast/sea): 2km (4mins by car); Sant'Antnin Family Adventure Park: (largest family park in Malta and offers various recreational facilities including a children's play area, an agro tourism centre, traditional farm, a water course, an outdoor gym, picnic areas, a 5-a side football pitch and more)1.6km (2 minutes by car).

Getting around

For those who would like to travel by bus, the bus stop is located very close to the property, at the end of the road.. The Marsascala bus terminus is just 15 minutes walk away from the property. A more convenient form of travelling would be by taxi to the property or by renting a car. A taxi can be taken from the airport and may also be prebooked, Renting a car is not necessary but more convenient. A car may be rented from the airport.

Interaction with guest

We are available to answer are questions/queries from prior to booking the property, before the stay as well as during the stay, in order to ensure that guest have a pleasant stay. Once the booking is made we provide the client with the required information via email. We will also provide our mobile numbers to guests. On check in date, we will wait for the guests at the property at the agreed check in time, to hand over the keys, show the guests around the property and to answer any questions.

However I would like to point out that the power cut was due to a fault with the infrastructure in the area by the service provider and was out of our control. “Fantastic apartment and great landlords made the holiday very relaxing!”

Very cool, spacious, modern apartment. Balconies and pool were lovely relaxing spots. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the apartment by the pool and making BBQs. If anything the pictures undersell how spacious and pleasant it was. We shared between 8 people (I slept on the sofa) so was very cheap as well. The landlords were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Would really recommend this.
