l Borgo delle Querce is an oasis of calm deep in the Itria valley. A small suburb surrounded by 3 hectares green farmed fields and by a garden of typical Mediterranean species.
The villa Fichi is independent holiday home, built in stone according to local tradition, with private Pool and private garden.
The holiday home has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, independent central heating, satellit TV, Wi-fi and an private terrace equipped with table, chairs and lounge.
What we offer: Private Pool, patio for lunch alfresco and dine delicious grilled barbecue, private car park, bath and bed linen changed weekly, hairdryer, end of stay cleaning service, water and electricity, Washing Machine, Fitness Room, WIFI, Solarium, Garden with tall oak, walnut, chestnut, and olive trees.

“Lovely trullo - nice stay”
Lovely place, strategic position, amazing garden All was clean and well organized. Don't miss Matera ! And in Matera don't miss Osteria Pico. The choice of this Trullo was great. Lovely vacation I will suggest to my friends Massimo
