A 500 metri dalla citta', la villa si affaccia su uno spettacolare panorama della citta' che, soprattutto di sera con le sue chiese e le case illuminate, appare come uno splendido presepe.
L'arredamento della casa e' particolarmente moderno, con tutti i confort di cui avete bisogno; dispone di due camere da letto semplici ma comode, due bagni con doccia, la cucina molto funzionale, con elettrodomestici e stoviglie di vario genere, e il soggiorno con il salotto , luminosissimo, grazie a due splendide vetrate che fanno da cornice ad una parte del giardino.
La piscina e' depurata al sale ed e' circondata dal giardino dotato di divani e lettini per un relax molto piacevole.Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per giovani coppie. Il patio e' provvisto di divani, barbecue e tavoli da pranzo per poter mangiare all'aperto.

“Great location”
This was a lovely apartment that was the whole ground floor of a 3 story villa. The living space is fantastic and you get the use of the whole ground floor garden and terrace area. Lucia the owner is lovely and friendly and so helpful even though she works most days she managed to get a prescription of antibiotics for my sister when she found out she was sick. The location is perfect for exploring the pretty towns and beaches of Puglia as well as Matera. The pool is great if you have young children.. as it is a very large jacuzzi/ dipping pool and perfect for little ones to play in all day. We had 2 weeks here and it was a really good alrounder...
