DEAR TRAVELER, PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: The rental price includes: linens, changed mid-week; towels, changed mid-week; electricity up to 300 kWh per week; beach/pool towels; maid service six days a week 5 hours each day.Available upon request: baby bed. Villa Carminia Grande is a splendid and luminous three-story villa located on the coast in front of the island of Capri. It sleeps 24 people. From Villa Carminia Grande you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Carminia Grande is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line. You will find a grocery store and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Carminia Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Carminia Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Dining Room
The dining table can accommodate 24 guests. In the dining room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room.
Middle LevelPatio 1
The first patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the sea at a distance.
Verandah
The verandah is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. Is equipped with three sofas, and you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
