This villa is located in San Montano, a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense and for this reason at a few minutes by car or by bus from both locations. The villa is recently renovated and is characterized by sunny, well-lighted and well-furnished rooms. The villa has every modern comfort, large terraces with sea view overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Capri, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
The pebble beach is at about 100 metres. Walking along the sea, you reach in a few minutes the characteristic fishing port of Marina della Lobra, where you will find restaurants on the sea, bars, a minimarket and a disco. Sunbeds/sunchairs and sunshade are available on the beach. At the top of the road there is the bus stop to Sorrento for this private estate, small/medium car recommended.

Going down a few steps you reach the large garden with solarium overlooking the sea equipped with sunchairs, sunbeds, gazebo and hydropool.
