Eden Sassi is a newly built house located a few minutes from the historic MATERA CENTER, 3 km; enjoys an excellent position being on a road director "via the hammering" easily accessible from the main artery road SS7 third exit direction center from which a five-minute drive you can reach both the historic center (SASSI OF MATERA) that the suggestive park the Murgia with all its historical cave churches; There are two ground floor apartments with private entrance with all the comforts to help you enjoy a pleasant stay in the beautiful Matera - Stone city - guaranteeing excellent relaxation and tranquility. The villa is completely fenced with a convenient FREE PARKING 1000sqm, as well as a more well 1000sqm garden (lawn) with lots of GAMES for CHILDREN and attractive spaces for reading or just relaxing. The complex is ideal to accommodate up to three families or groups of friends or just couples or newlyweds to treat yourself to beautiful souvenir photo and romantic moments. An apartment with 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, top sheet and the possible addition of cots; KITCHEN with kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee (pod) coffee and all necessary accessories; Bathroom with hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, bathrobes and towels set. A QUADRUPLE (on request) with a fireplace room, kitchenette, private bath and private entrance. Italian breakfast (on request even savory dishes), linen and daily rearrangement of the apartment with towel change. Guests gives a beautiful landscape in the countryside with all the scents that nature holds for us. The apartment, recently built and tastefully furnished, lets you recreate the warm family atmosphere, marked by a great relaxation and fresh air. At your request we can arrange itineraries to discover Matera and its surroundings, accompanied by guides of recognized and experienced places, depending on the period of stay, also the owners, living on the top floor, will be at your disposal for any need or request.
