Description

We have 2 splendid 2-bedroom apartments available in Melbourne's most ideal location, Southbank. It's a couple of minutes away from the city, botanical gardens, the crown casino, and the many restaurants and bars along the river promenade.

The Space

The apartments are located in Southbank, Right in heart of the arts and culture centre of Melbourne. Just a 10 minute walk into the CBD and just minutes from such highlights as the National Gallery of Victoria, the Botanical Gardens, Crown Casino and the Arts Centre. We are also a short walk from the famous MCG sporting ground, Australian tennis open centre, and Melbourne's Federation Square - and the public transport on our doorstep that will connect you to sunny St Kilda Beach or the funky Brunswick and Smith Street areas. Flinders St Station is only a short walk away also.

The complex:

Boasting resort style facilities the complex has an outdoor pool, tennis court, gym facilities, large grassy gardens, a barbeque – a unique open-plan low-rise in the heart of the city.

The Apartment:

Each of our 2 bedroom apartment boasts brand new Queen Size bed, two King Single beds and a fold out sofa bed with clean, good quality linens. Each apartment has 1 bathroom with a separate toilet, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning and heating. We also have a fully equipped brand new kitchen with a stainless steel fridge. Our preferred check-in time is 2pm and check-out at 10am however these times can be negotiated, please let us know.

This is a family friendly place and we will only accept people who will be considerate of other and who will be respectful of the apartment, neighbours, facilities and the body corporate rules

Close to Southbank presinct so plenty of restaurants, action and casino. But at your doorstep is also the pool . Nice , trendy and clean. Definitely worth another stay!

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
