Description
Large 3 bedroom apartment with spacious living area and entertainers balcony overlooking the Melbourne City Casino and Southbank. This beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The large main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 singles and the third bedroom has bunks with a double bed on the bottom, single on the top and also a single daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and a supermarket/bottle shop a couple of minutes walk away for extra supplies. The bathroom has a bath as well as shower and laundry space with washing machine and dryer. The apartment is north-east facing and so is light and bright with fabulous views overlooking the Melbourne casino and city skyline. Large flat screen tv, dvd player, board games and toys supplied for entertainment. Baby equipment also available at low-cost hire fees. This complex has a 25 metre pool, tennis court, gym area and BBQ area just one floor up. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Just over the road you have all the wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars along Southbank and the casino complex. The Melbourne Exhibition Building is right there and Melbourne's main train station - Southern Cross station is just a few minutes walk complete with a Discount Factory Outlet shopping centre located above. The South Melbourne market and South Melbourne shopping centre is also just a couple of blocks away. The tram line passes by the building with trams to take you into the centre of the CBD or to the beach areas of Port Melbourne and St Kilda.
Any stays of 7 days or more are just $295 per night for up to 6 guests. 5 nights are $345 per night and 6 nights are $325 per night. (Fri/Sat nights $375) .
