I didnt know why and how I got this place for our Melbourne Easter holiday but I'm sincerely grateful I did. My family (husband+2 teens) and my "parents in-love" (in-laws) stayed in this apartment for 6 days. I was a bit skeptical when i saw the photos thinking perhaps the photos were taken quite awhile and that the place may not be as it was in the photos but it was amazingly pristine! The moment we opened the door we already felt homey! Clean, comfortable beds, great amenities.. just everything you want in a holiday accomodation. It has everything we needed, the location was so perfect, stunning views specially at night, it's so Central that everything is easily accesible without the irritating CBD fuss. The shop downstairs was very handy and the restaurant next door was also great! The owner, Chris was excellent, communicates promptly and made sure everything was okay.Please accept our utmost COMPLIMENTS, everything you've done for us was sincerely appreciated! I sure will recommend the place and will definitely keep you for our future Melbourne Trips! KODUS!

My wife and I and four friends stayed for three nights in this well; situated 3 bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to the CBD, entertainment precinct, fabulous restaurants, as well as trains and trams. The apartment was clean, with all the requirement we needed. The Manager Chris was helpful and responded to all our queries quickly and ensured we had all the information we required. I will most certainly stay here again.

First I need to compliment Chris , this was a very easy transaction and the followup email to make sure all was ok was appreciated . The location is excellent with its proximity to South Bank etc. A small supermarket next to the front door was very useful, The apartment was clean and well appointed , great to have the Foxtel and also reliable WIFI. beds comfy and pillows good tooo ( I often find pillows uncomfy! )
We were Grandparents travelling with our son and daughter in law and grandchildren 8 and 6 , we had plenty of room .Highly recommend it .

Entering into the apartment was better than what the photos had shown. The apartment was amazing with incredible views overlooking the Yarra river. With only a minute's walk to the casino, bars, and restaurants made this location so convenient without requiring a vehicle to access the attractions and CBD.
The apartment was spotless with good afternoon sun and stunning views which meant it was perfect to be able relax in the afternoon and evening. The rooms are nice and quiet with comfortable beds ensuring a good nice sleep.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Melbourne
And the refurbishment is not quite finished, so it will be even better soon! I'm glad you enjoyed it so much, and that the apartment was even better than our photos show. I hope you join us again another time with your returning-guest discount!

We stayed here with our three young children and found it to be clean and well equipped, we had an excellent stay and would be happy to stay again. Chris was easy to deal with and the apartment was centrally located. Photos are accurate, apartment is as good or better than the photos.
