Description
This fully licensed apartment enjoys fabulous views, from the terrace, of Mellieha Bay which is Malta's largest sandy beach. The location cannot be better. It is situated in a quiet area on the side of the bay on the water's edge. One can swim in the clear warm sea just outside the apartment, which is not busy, and yet 3 minutes' walk and one can find all amenities including a hotel, shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop. Another 3 minutes and you are on the sandy beach!
This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room. It also has a kitchen and living area which is tastefully furnished. The terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The property is suitable for those wishing a relaxing and peaceful holiday and also for those wanting to enjoy the beach and the nightlife or a bit of both. Watersports are available nearby. If you are feeling adventurous one can walk up to Mellieha village or take a bus to the capital Valletta or a tour of the island on an open decker bus. From the terrace you can see the sun rise and the sun set. Truly an unforgettable experience. This property conforms with stringent standards as required by the Malta Tourism Authority.

“Great aprtment”
The apartment was great ...view was superb ...very close to the beach and shop...snorkeling right out the front ..was a joy ...Monica was brilliant... We all loved it ...would recommend to anyone..

“A Perfect Holiday Retreat”
I had the good fortune of experiencing an extended stay at this property and it truly was a ‘home from home’. Literally being on the other side of the road from Mellieha Bay was so convenient - with the added bonus that the local council have installed at least one set of steps/ladder on every jetty, enabling ease of access to the water ‘everywhere’. (This even extends to a ‘railed slope’ at one point). Monica and Peter are the perfect hosts, providing as much (or little) support/advice as required. Being a short, flattish, walk from restaurants and a bus stop, you truly do not need a car for your stay here. The balcony is a good size, with views I never tired of, day or night. Who knows, you too may also catch the sight of a pair of ‘flying eyebrows’ over Ahrax! The flat’s second floor location is a slight set back, but not a ‘deal breaker’ in my opinion - I am not as sprightly as I used to be but managed to cope well with the situation. I have no hesitation in endorsing this property
