The main villa which is lived in by the caretaker of the property has 3 separate modernly furnished apartments that all share 1 large pool and deck with sea views from the pool area . One of these 3 apartments is this property -The apartment is located in a peaceful residential part of Mellieha village Malta. The apartment is accessible via a common entrance leading to steps directly to the apartment unit. The apartment is very modern in design and furnishing is of a high standard for maximum comfort.. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and leads to the kitchen. Dining is for up to 6 persons with further seating in the kitchen. The property is being offered for self catering holiday rental accommodation in Malta, Mellieha, close to several sandy beaches and attractions. The pool is of a large size in comparison to other similar properties and has an enormous pool deck, with 360% sea & village views , The Villa also offers a laundry room & communal bathroom. In the pool deck area one will find Showers, deck chairs,lounge area,BBQ, and dining tables to dine by the pool. Holiday accommodation is for 4 to 6 persons. 4 persons sleep in 2 bedrooms, 2 in the double bedroom and 2+2 in the other bedroom which has two single beds and a sofa that opens up as a bed may be used for 2 further persons or children. A cot is also available. This super modern 3 bedroom apartment offers accommodation for the family or group of friends up to 8 persons (2 extra single beds are added when 8) seeking a place to stay on malta. Equipped with open plan living dining and kitchen area. the apartment unit is on the lower floor level of this private villa estate and accessible via private entrance, and stairs. The whole property has a very modern appeal to it yet blends perfectly with the wonderful mediterranean surroundings of this prime residential area. On entrance you have a wide spacious hallway that leads straight on to the living area which is furnished with sofas, a large LCD TV connected with cable for local and international tv stations. The living area is surrounded on every side with 3 bedrooms and a full modern bathroom. From the dining area you have a private courtyard with external dining table, BBQ and this also leads to another room equipped with a tennis table. The swimming pool is on a higher level of the property and accessed via the main entrance by stairs leading to the apartment as well as other parts of this enormous property. The swimming pool area has a large sun deck, equipped with sun loungers and external sofa furnishing where you can sit and enjoy the sea views as well as the surrounding countryside. The pool has a shallow jacuzzi splash pool area which compliments the sun terrace area which also hosts a larger external dining area and another BBQ. The whole villa property shares this swimming pool area with just 2 other apartments when occupied. Persons with mobility problems may find use of the stairs to a from the pool area to the apartment level taxing and should consult with us directly if required.The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could reasonably expect including ironing facilities, hairdryer,high quality towels and bed linen. Children are welcome and hi chairs and cots are also available on request. Beach and pool towels are also provided. This apartment is of high luxury and we always make sure to accommodate our guest as beast as we can. We are fully equipped with everything one might need when on holiday and if guest require something in particular which is not mentioned, kindly do not hesitate to ask and we will make sure to provided to you.

People are gently asked to take care of this apartment while enjoying their holidays. This a holiday apartment with a difference. Where the comfortably of our own living can be found whilst on holiday.Any damages will be charged.80 units of free water and electricity are given.

“Memories Made”

We travelled to Malta as a family of 15, age ranging from 2 - 69 so we rented all three villas within this beautiful setting. Each villa was immaculate, clean, very spacious and housed everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful - the children loved the space to roam around and play - and the pool area was perfect. The location was perfect, a short walk to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. We hired cars to go further a field but public transport was very reliable. Alison & Jes were the perfect hosts, offering a welcome pack on arrival with the main essentials so we didn’t have to worry about getting to the shop ASAP. They were so accommodating and friendly - nothing was ever an effort for them. We will definitely be returning to make some more magical Malta memories

“Fantastic accommodation”

Just back from a great week at this fabulous apartment. Alison & Jesmond made us feel very welcome and thoughtfully left a food parcel for us. They left us to ourselves but were on hand if we needed them. The pool area was beautiful with views all over Mellieha. The apartment is very well equipped and located in a quiet area but close to bus stops,shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. It was so easy nd cheap to get around by bus, we visited Valletta and the 3 cities, Mdina and St Paul's. Reflections on the main road just outside the estate is a great little pub. Ta Peter on the hill served great food, recommended. All in all a great week!
