We offer in Menaggio, one of the most fascinating and full of attractions of Lake Como, newly built apartment, consisting of: large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms , garden and tavern with 2-seater sofa bed. Located in a particularly peaceful setting not far from the center, the property has a magical lake view and, in parallel, a privileged proximity to the pristine local mountains. The particularly favorable position also allows you to easily reach the Menaggio & Cadenabbia golf club - the second oldest golf club in Italy in our country. Always a few steps away, finally, you can find the Stella Alpina bar - where you can taste delicious breakfasts and snacks and excellent homemade ice cream. Private parking with garage is available for guests. We proposed in Menaggio, one of the most fascinating area of the Lake Como, new apartment consist of: open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 twin room, 1 bedroom with single bed (extra bed is possible), 2 bathroom, garden and basement room. Located in a very quite area, not to far from the center of Menaggio, Porlezza and just 20 minutes from Lugano.Few steps away, you can find Bar Stella Alpina - where you can taste delicious breakfast and snacks - and a small grocery store. Just 5 minutes by car from the apartment you can reach the Menaggio & Cadenabbia golf club - the second oldest Golf Course in Italy.If you like to walk from Croce there are a variety of hiking possibilities, from easy walks for families to the more difficult ones for skilled hikers. During the winter season (from October to May) the cost of the heating will be pay separately based on the consumption.
