This ultra-modern self-catering pad at the Menaggio Marina - sleek and stylish and with views of the James Bond Villa Gaeta, Villa Navalia, sleeps 18 (9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms)

2 rentals sit in the same villa, situated directly on the lakefront; you rent the Marina (sleeping 12 – 6 bedrooms), the Penthouse (sleeping 6- 3 bedrooms)), or book them together as the Whole Villa Navalia(sleeping 18). The two properties have independent entrances and are completely separate.

The Villa Navalia Marina has a spectacular roof terrace that's perfect for entertaining, with a Jacuzzi and designer loungers. Menaggio is within easy access and has fantastic restaurants and cafes, and it's easy to take boat trips all over the lake. Perfect for couples holidaying together, extended families, or families with teenagers or older children

Inside the interior of the apartment is large, modern and airy. The open space living area is divided into two sitting areas allowing enough privacy for all and also includes Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, internet access and air-conditioning throughout the apartment. There is a modern working fireplace which can be used in the cooler months. The spacious living area leads to the large terrace with full-frontal views of Lake Como!

The large kitchen has modern appliances and easily caters for all the needs of a large group. For those of you who don't want to cook but want to stay in, Villa Navalia offers a menu with a delivery service for you to choose from.

Large floor to ceiling windows open onto the terrace where different relaxing areas are organized for you: alfresco dining, relaxing sun loungers, sitting area, hot tub and spa and even covered outside space if it happens to rain.

The sleeping area is also divided into two separate areas of three double bedrooms each. It allows for privacy when being shared by two separate families. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower or bath. King size beds are in five of the doubles and one bedroom is twin-bedded. A baby cot can be added in one of the larger rooms if necessary. All rooms are supplied with a safe for your use.

Villa Navalia Penthouse Apartment is located on the top floor of the Villa Navalia and sleeps up to 6. It is a comfortable, modern and relaxing retreat. Entering the apartment you are welcomed by the open space living area with white wood ceilings and floor to ceiling windows capturing the light and lake views.

The sitting area is comfortable and hosts all of the guests comfortably, includes Sat TV, DVD, CD player and internet access and features a small fireplace for the cooler evenings.

The dining area that sits up to 6 is a part of the open space living area with direct access to the kitchen

The kitchen, modern and fully equipped also has a breakfast bar and aperitif island for social occasions. For those of you who wish to eat at home but do not want to cook the Villa Navalia offers a menu choice with a delivery service.

The living space has a terrace that directly overlooks the lake to the front, spacious enough to have some outside space and smaller openings to the sides of the buildings where you can find a private spot to relax.

The bedrooms are spacious, all with white wood beamed ceilings as in the living area and a small private balcony. All three bedrooms have an ensuite with bathtub or shower and a private safe in each room too. 2 bedrooms are double and one offers a twin beds

Villa Navalia offers you the luxury of reserved private parking for 6 cars that are just outside your front door.

Up to five bicycles are available with the villa, free of charge.

The Villa Navalia can also cater for larger parties such as engagements, weddings, product launches and business meetings. Private cooks, chefs, waiting staff and assistants can be arranged for you. The large terrace is the perfect spot for these types of celebrations. Please contact us with an idea of your requirements.
