Nice apartment located in the heart of the city of Mendoza in front of Plaza Independencia; less than 50 meters from the pedestrian Sarmiento, Park Hyatt, cafes, restaurants and Department Stores, Office of Tourism and Tourist Bus. Comfortable, modern, spacious, ideal to relax and enjoy a beautiful stay! It has 2 cozy bedrooms, one with divan bed size "full"; the other with a double bunk of another twin bed desperende. Both with ample storage space and bedding. A bathroom and hygiene utensils, towels and bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals (refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, electric kettle and basic inputs). Awaits a comfortable sofa in the living room to relax and enjoy a good movie. It has wi fi suitable for streaming. It does not have own garage, but on the same block there are multiple parking lots available to be rented per day.

How do damage deposits work?
