The Bantry 1 Merimbula is an outstanding cliff top villa sleeping six, located on Merimbula’s Long Point. It is situated a short stroll from popular Bar Beach and the lake entrance with stunning views of the bay, mountains and coastline. Swimming and fishing are only a three minute scenic walk away.
The Bantry 1 Merimbula is extremely welcoming with old world charm and character. Constructed from local iron-bark timber and set in a cottage style garden offering privacy and seclusion.
The villa features three large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen. The lounge is a favourite spot with sensational ocean views, richly stained timber floorboards and comfy sofas to seat your whole crew. The front balcony offers the perfect venue for enjoying a morning coffee or hosting twilight drinks while soaking up the coastal vibe and spotting local wildlife.

“Best spot in Merimbula!”
Beautifully furnished home with a magnificent view of the bay. Everything we needed plus more. The large verandah is great for dolphin and bird watching. A wonderful relaxing stay.

“Perfect stay”
We stayed over Christmas and found the house to be ideal, comfortable, very nicely furnished and well equipped but with a relaxed feel. The kitchen was the best equipped of any rental house we have been to and we cooked a full Christmas dinner with ease. The view from the veranda was beautiful and very peaceful. The house is positioned about half an hours walk from the centre of Merimbula with it's shops and cafes which means you are far enough away from the action but close enough to enjoy it when you choose.
