Description

The two bedroom villa is located, just 2km away from the town of Marathopoli, in Messinia. Each villa is uniquely decorated and offering a calm environment to spend your holidays. The villa is three storey high, spacious (75m2) with a nice sea view. If you are searching for a calm location but with a five minute drive to the most famous beaches of Messinia, this is the place for you! Everything in the area is at most 45 minutes away.

On the ground floor: open plan kitchen with a fridge, dining area of 4 and an living room with a sofa and an armchair. There is also an outdoor dining table of four and sun-beds on the private patio.

On the first floor, there is the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and a balcony with an outdoor sitting area (a sofa and two armchairs).

On the second floor there is the second bedroom with two single beds and a toilet.

There is always someone there to assist you and provide you any information you need.

Parking space is provided (for 1 car) and cleaning/ ironing services as well (extra fee).

All linen and towels that are provided to you, are of high quality 100% Egyptian cotton.

Please NOTE that other guests may stay in a villa next to you.

There are common BBQ facilities and playground.

We can provide you a cot/ high chair upon request.
