Metaponto Lido- Villaggio Metatur
Fittasi Villetta a schiera all'interno del Villaggio Metatur, Metaponto Lido, (MT) completamente ristrutturata, con guardiania 24H.
L'appartamento di 50 mt è disposto su due livelli più 50mt di pateo con giardino attrezzato.
L'ingresso da sul pateo con giardino attrezzato, tv esterna led 42" oltre ad angolo doccia con acqua calda e bbq.
Il piano terra è composto da ampia sala da pranzo con divano letto, tv led 32" angolo cottura, lavastoviglie, microonde, ecc. e bagno completo di doccia.
Il primo piano è composto da stanza da letto matrimoniale con aria condizionata, tv led 32", stanzetta con quattro posti letto con aria condizionata, bagno al piano con doccia e lavatrice.
Inoltre vi è un balcone con tenda parasole che collega le due stanze da letto provvisto di stendino.
Posto auto privato, e ampio parcheggio ospiti inoltre sono a disposizione delle biciclette per passeggiare ( 2 mountain bike per adulti e 2 per ragazzi ).
Il residence è immerso nel verde (24.000 mq) con immensi spazi comuni e dispone dei seguenti servizi:
bar, supermaket con pescheria e macelleria, ristorante, pizzeria, edicola, tabacchi, parrucchiere, ludoteca per bambini e
un'area verde attrezzata con giochi per bambini.
Dispone di una piscina per adulti e una piccola per bambini con presenza di bagnino, campo da calcetto e due campi da tennis.
L'anfiteatro dove l'animazione si esibisce e/o ci sono spettacoli di compagnie esterne , piano bar e mini club.
L'animazione inizia dalle ore 10,00 in piscina sino alle 13,00 e nel pomeriggio inizia dalle 16,00 e termina alle 01,00 in anfiteatro, mentre per i più piccoli, ludoteca e per finire la sera dalle 21,00 alle 22,00 baby dance.
Per gli adulti, nel primo pomeriggio, si organizzano tornei di burraco, di calcetto, e lezioni di ballo (tutti i generi).
La spiaggia di sabbia, si trova a 700 mt, raggiungibile con navetta o con bicicletta attraversando un magnifico boschetto.
Tutti i servizi sono inclusi (servizio navetta,animazione, piscina ecc) ad eccezione del campo di calcetto e campo da tennis.
È compreso anche il costo del lido (Lido Marinella) ombrellone e due lettini in terza fila.
Esistono due famose discoteche nelle vicinanze, il DNA e il NAFURA per il divertimento notturno, inoltre sempre nelle vicinanze, acquapark.
Sul litorale di metaponto lido, attrezzatissimo, si possono fare lunghe passeggiate in presenza di mercatini locali oltre a bar e locali.
A 8 km circa vi è la fantastica località Bernalda, il presepe della Basilicata.
A 50 km. Matera candidata per il 2019 capitale europea della cultura per i famosi Sassi.
N.b. tutti i servizi offerti dal villaggio, citati nell'annuncio, sono attivi dal 01/06/22 al 15/09/22, per i restanti periodi sono a disposizione nelle strette vicinanze attività commerciali atti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta.
