Le porche ainsi que l'escalier sont inscrits à l'inventaire des monuments historiques de Metz.
L'appartement situé au 2èm étage d'une surface de 64 m² comprends 3 pièces (entrée, salon-séjour, 2 chambres, cuisine indépendante anentièrement équipée, une salle de bains, toilettes séparés).
Cet appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Les animaux sont interdits.
L'appartement est non fumeur.
La localisation est parfaite :
Dans une rue calme située à 600 mètres de la gare TGV et de la Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, à 200 mètres du Mettis (bus à haut niveau de service), mais également proche du musée Pompidou, du musée de la cours d'or, de la salle de concert de l'Arsenal (architecte Ricardo Bofill), de l'Opéra-Théâtre, de la Mairie ainsi que de la Préfecture....sans oublier les marchés de Noel en saison hivernale.
