Beach house sleeps 6-8 with great outdoor living and Gulf view. Welcome to All Decked Out!!!! Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a staircase that leads up to the 300 square foot rooftop deck. The deck is a great place to enjoy a refreshing beverage and relax. From the deck you can take in views of the gulf, see amazing sunsets and feel the ocean breezes.
The backyard is another great outdoor space. There is some shade provided by several young live oak trees. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with pets or young children. There is a little patio area in between the house and a screened in cookhouse.
So more about that great cookhouse. It is screened in and has a bbq, 2 burners, fridge, table with four chairs, 49" inch Roku tv with YouTube TV streaming available for guest use, lights and ceiling fans. This is the perfect place to clean the day's catch and cook it up. You can grill or fry today's catch in the outdoor cookhouse or have low country boil. The cookhouse features: a natural gas Blaze grill, and a sink for prep and easy clean up. Heavy cookware is provided along with grilling utensils.
There is plenty of off street parking for multiple vehicles. If traveling with a boat or by RV we have room for that too. RV hookups available. Inside All Decked Out our guests will enjoy spacious open living areas. There is a sun porch that is great for that morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen has been updated recently with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is central air conditioning along with ceiling fans in each room.
The home can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds and two sets of twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The master bathroom has a shower only. Both bathrooms have hair dryers available. It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach across Hwy 98!
Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand. If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance: Crazy Beach Pizza and Mango Marley's.
For indoor entertainment there is YouTube TV for the 43” inch roku television in main living area, same for the 32" inch roku television in master bedroom, along with Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family) connectivity throughout the house. There are books, an assortment of DVDs and a few of your favorite board games. Please see our website.

“Amazing holiday home”

We visit this area most years but this is the best rental ever.....so much room, very clean and well equipped .......outside cook house amazing...beds very comfortable .Will certainly be back.
