Description

Villa Nautica is a luxurious 2 bedroom beachfront duplex. The entire main floor as well as the private pool and patio area is part of Villa Nautica and only accessible to Villa Nautica renters. Oceanview from the Master bedroom and the living room. When relaxing in the infinity pool, you feel just like if you were in the Pacific Ocean. Wi-fi Internet available. Both TVs can connect to the internet, other online services (Netflix, Plex, Slingplayer, etc) require your own subscription.

With the two bedrooms (queen size beds) and the Murphy's bed (also queen size), Villa Nautica can accomodate up to 6 people.

Located on the beautiful beach at Mirador San Jose, 60km south of the port city of Manta and just minutes north of Machalilla National Park. With kilometres of spectacular beach, Mirador San Jose lies directly across from Isla de la Plata, often referred to as the "mini Galapagos, one of the many highlights within Machalilla National Park.

Mirador San José is a peaceful development. The main activities include walking on the beach and enjoying the pool. There is still some construction on the site.

Getting around

A rental car is recommended, however; there is a public bus that runs from Puerto Cayo to Manta on a regular schedule. For only a few dollars you can get on it across the main entrance of the Mirador San José. Once in Manta, there are plenty of taxis to bring you where you want.

Interaction with guest

During your stay, you will be handed your key by the local property manager. He will also give you a tour of the condo and explain any particularities. He will also be available if there is any issues during your stay.
