Located at the Mirador San Jose, Manabi, Ecuador, the gated community has plenty of amenities including many parks, an adult and children`s pool, a FIFA accredited soccer field, tennis courts, basketball nets and a lot more.

Newly built (March 2014), three bedroom, three bathroom executive beach front vacation rental in the Mirador San Jose community. This property can sleep up to 6 guests. Main floor has a large gourmet kitchen with a raised breakfast bar and beautiful granite counters. The bright dining room has a door leading to the landscaped backyard and the beautiful infinity pool! Second level has three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a private ensuite and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for should guests extend their stay. Don't forget the roof top terrace! Some guests have spotted whales from the rooftop! Guests can use the washer and dryer located inside the villa free of charge during their stay.

The property also has a rooftop jacuzzi; however, it is currently being repaired and is not expected to be operational before Summer 2015.

The villa is located South of the City of Manta on the Western coast of Ecuador. The Mirador San Jose property is bordered by beautiful tropical vegetation from palm trees to the colourful hibiscus. The Ecuadorian flora is truly magnificent! Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. This is why we have arranged for the highest quality of products in our villa. Each room of the property has comfortable, clean furniture and is professionally decorated. Our kitchen also boasts plenty of cooking tools but also some of the local spices. The property comes with everything you need to be happy while you are in PARADISE. Just bring your loved ones for the best time of your life. The memories you create with family and friends will last you a lifetime!

Casa Padres overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Isla de La Plata. From June to October our guests can spot humpback whales who migrate from the Antartic to the tropical waters off Ecuador for breeding.

Getting around

We recommend a car rental as there is lots to see on the Coast (from Manta to Salinas). Although the distances seem short, due to the winding curves, it takes longer to get to a location.

How do damage deposits work?
