Soak in tranquil beach views from the living and dining rooms as well as kitchen! This amazing luxury villa will impress at every turn with top amenities and lots of places to relax and unwind.

The interior structure of this spectacular villa are vast and feature high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, fresh paint, and plenty of windows with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico . The lavish living room opens up to reveal a dramatic floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace with a 70” flat screen TV and new furnishings for comfortable movie viewing. A custom gourmet kitchen will inspire and accommodate your culinary talents with premium stainless appliances including 6 burner gas stove and ice maker. A breakfast bar with seating that overlooks the dining area makes serving up delectable meals a simple feat. A conveniently located guest bath on the 2nd floor common areas ensures everything you need is close at hand. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the unobstructed views of the Gulf, located just across the street.
