“Wouldn't stay anywhere else” I go to Sandestin every year. I always request this unit. It is clean, has modern upgrades, and I love the back porch. I usually go with a group of people and we love how we don't have to fight a parking garage to get there. Just pull out front and park. Very helpful with arms full of groceries or suitcases. The bathroom were gutted two years ago and they are beautiful. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We even use the pull out sofa when needed. Definitely a great place to stay.

“Great location, beautiful views, and nice accomodations” We had a nice stay here at the Ariel Dunes II. The location is great! It is convenient to the beach (a short, but nice walk), and there are also a couple of good beach-side restaurants nearby. There's also a good grocery store nearby within a very short drive, as well as many other shopping possibilities a traveler might need. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated with contemporary furnishings and was quite comfortable. I, for one, appreciate places near the beach that are not decked out with peach and teal walls or seashell sculptures from the eighties. :) The view was also quite nice from the balcony and I spent some nice mornings out there having breakfast while soaking in the sights and sounds of summer.

“Me and My Girls' Beachy Vacation” The accommodations were perfect inside and out, about the tropically landscaped property and in a delightful town. So much to do and very exciting. Having a car was a big plus and yet we walked the sights everywhere we went, including Bay Harbor and Harbor Walk. We took an adventurous snorkeling, dolphin watching, shelling tour; and the eats at Margaritaville and Pomoano Joes were beachside and tasty! The condo had it all and we are grateful for the welcoming beautiful memories it helped create. PS. The sliding glass door frames are dangerous to walk through. My 3 year old grand daughter tripped, spit her forehead open and needed medical care at the hospital. Please warn persons about the tripable door frames and their edges.

Just a short drive from Destin along the Emerald Coast Parkway, Miramar Beach offers the best of everything you can imagine in a postcard perfect Florida vacation. Nice little home for a beach vacay!

We enjoyed our time at this beach home. It was a bit smaller and older than others on the street, but the price was much better too! The walk to the beach was manageable and the area/streets have sidewalks and are good for walking. We had 11 people (5 being under 17). It accommodated us all fine. We would stay here again. Note: The homeowners have no control. But, the public beach access is limited. The hotels/condos on the beach have “private beach ” signs everywhere so there is only a small area within walking distance of the house to set up tents/umbrellas. The house is very nicely decorated. The ocean views from the multiple balconies are gorgeous! All of the beds that we used were comfortable. It is only a 30 second walk to the private beach from the house which my kids loved. It is located near many restaurants and a variety of shopping. We heated the private pool, which I would highly recommend in April. The only drawback is the parking. We had a very large SUV which made it tight for parking. We had one issue arise during our stay. AMAZING!

Our family (ages 2-67) loved every moment of our stay at this amazing house. We filled it to capacity with all of our kids and grandkids and yet it didn’t seem crowded at all! There are so many spaces available for people to be in that we never were on top of one another. The house is beautiful, and so close to everything that you need and want to do. We enjoyed the pool while we were there and of course, the close access to the beach. The owner was more than helpful and we were able to get in touch with him easily If we needed anything.
