I will email you two days prior to your arrival with check in instructions for your stay. Access to the property is Electronic Security Gate Code for the Community and the property. Rental Agreement will be sent for signature once Guest Contact Info has been revealed. Note: Rentals are processed on first come first serve basis. A rental confirmation letter will be mailed to the address on rental agreement once all the noted items above have been received and or approved.
