Description
Luxury villa in secluded location with magnificent views of the Mediterranean (Africa), Malaga and mountains, nestled in a mediterranean Garden landscape. It is ideal for people who like the absolute quiet connection with a breathtaking view.

The property is 8500m² large. The upper part (ca.1000m²) is fenced. The terrace between pool and house is approx. 200m². From there you can admire the sea of lights of Málaga or watch the entry of the cruise ships into the harbour. A large lounge couch, a dining table for 8 people, 4 deck chairs and a small table are available outside. The pergola provides shade on the couch as additional sun protection and a sun sail for the dining area. A grill is also available.
The pool has an interesting shape. There is a bench built into the curve, so that one can enjoy his glass (of course with a plastic cup) in the pool with the view. The size is about 10 x 5m. The view from the pool is breathtaking. With good visibility you can see Africa. With normal visibility you can see the Mediterranean Sea, Malaga and the canyon with wine, olives and almonds. The pool is at ground level of the house. The pool technology was renewed in 2019. All functions of the pool can now be controlled via the internet. The pool light can be adjusted individually. The pool gets along without chlorine.
The view from Villa Axarquia is phenomenal. One looks at the bay of Malaga and Rincon de la Victoria. At the same time you look down in a ravine of vineyards, olive and almond trees. At night one sees the sea of lights of Malaga. The view is described in many travel guides. With good visibility you can even see the African coast. From the entrance of the villa there is a beautiful view of La Maroma mountain (2065m), the highest mountain in Axarquia and the village of Moclinejo.
In the living room there is a large corner couch and a coffee table directly at the fireplace. From there you can enjoy the view of Malaga and watch TV (German programs), listen to music (CD, DVD, MP3, I-Pod) or watch movies (Apple TV, Soundbar). Under the stairs there is an additional toilet and a cupboard with games. The shelf wall contains hundreds of books.
The dining room consists of a large wooden table with 6 chairs. The table is extendable for a total of 12 people. The room is next to the open kitchen and forms a unit with the living room. The dining room is normally only used in winter, otherwise you dine outside. From the dining room there is access to the terrace. From all windows you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the garden and sometimes also of Africa. In 2019 new panoramic windows were installed.
There are 2 bedrooms. One of them has a large built-in closet with a safe. The access to the large bathroom is directly at the bedroom (en-suite). The bed is 2x1,80m big. The mattresses have just been renewed. Additionally there is a fold-out double bed couch in the room. Here for example 2 children could sleep. A small desk with an armchair and a table with 2 armchairs is also located here.
The other bedroom has a double bed from Japan, a built-in closet and 2 bedside tables with one lamp each. The bedroom also has its own bathroom, which leads directly from the bedroom.
The view from the beds in both bedrooms to the nature, the sea, Malaga and Africa is breathtaking. The photos can only give you a small impression.
