Casa Lux
Semi-detached town house for 8 people, only 50 meters to beach and amenities in the area known as Las Ventanicas in Mojacar Playa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This house is built in 2 levels and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, front terrace, fully equipped kitchen, back patio area and roof terrace. 3 bedrooms have Air-conditioning and all have ceiling fans.

There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed (1.50m) and built in wardrobe, and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Master bedroom with double bed (1.80m) with air conditioning, built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and access to covered terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1.50m), built in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (2x0.90m) and air conditioning.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with dividing arch into dining area and comprising fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery.
Lounge with dining area, Spanish and UK Television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and access to front terrace.
The front terrace has a built-in BBQ, it is partially covered and has 2 tables and chairs for outside dining.

It is in Calle Luxemburgo in the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
2.5 km waterfront promenade

Casa Lux- Semi-detached town house a stone's throw to beach and amenities in the area known as Las Ventanicas in Mojacar Playa.
The house has an entrance terrace, partially covered with built in BBQ, and table & chairs for outside dining.
The ground floor comprises lounge-diner, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom and at the back there is a tiled patio area.
Internal staircase leads up to the top level where we find the ensuite master bedroom with covered terrace with sea views. Another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other one with 2 single beds. Roof terrace.
Air co unit in 2 of the bedrooms and cveiling fan in the others and in lounge.
Additional amenities include: coffee maker, kitchen utensils, television - terrestrial.
