Lovely apartment for 4 people with superb sea views in residential complex with community swimming pool located in one of the best areas of Mojácar Playa known as Las Ventanicas The complex is called Las Cumbres and its approximately 300 metres to the sandy beaches of the south end of Mojácar.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge diner and north facing terrace with amazing sea views.
Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and air conditioning

Full family bathroom with bathtub and second full bathroom with shower.

Lounge with dining area, Television, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to lovely terrace.
Terrace has amazing sea views and is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining, awning and 2 sunbeds.

Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
