A very spacious modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a huge south facing terrace with sea views. An excellent apartment and walking distance to all amenities.
Situated on the first floor of a small, well-maintained community, this beautiful apartment has a large open-plan lounge diner fitted with air conditioning, English TV and a DVD player. French doors lead you from the lounge onto the beautiful private terrace with fabulous views across the beaches of Mojacar.
This apartment is in a great location on Mojacar Playa and is just a moment's walk from golden sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants. It is ideally situated for those who want the convenience of amenities and the beach close at hand but also want peace and relaxation.
There is a well-fitted separate kitchen with all the appliances from home – fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle etc.
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning is a twin room and has French doors with access onto a private terrace which enjoys sea views and is set up with a small table and chairs set.
There is also a second family bathroom with a bath/shower.
The large south facing terrace is a great sun-trap and has ample seating for six around a large dining table as well as an area with two sun loungers, perfect for lounging in the sun. The terrace is equipped with a large gas barbecue and it has been beautifully finished with plants and lanterns. The dining area of the terrace has a sun canopy and pull-down screens which can be pulled out to provide shade and transform the terrace into a contained room. The second part of the terrace also has a wall screen that can be pulled out to provide shade or additional privacy.
The front door to the apartment looks over a large terrace which the owners use as an additional outside area. This terrace can be arranged with a bench and chairs set and makes a useful additional area for relaxing in the sunshine.
The complex has an attractive communal pool with a separate children's pool, surrounded by lawned areas and palm trees.

“Oasis 2”
This is a great apartment. The main terrace of three catches the sun all day, and has plenty of space. The en-suite of the main bedroom has a walk-in shower which was fantastic. The apartment is ideally located a minutes' walk from the beach and resteraunts. All in all...a great place to stay.
