Casa Verde is newly built 3 bedroom villa, all with en suite bathrooms, set at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range. Built by our sister company Elegant Homes SL and now available to rent. Benefitting from spectacular views over the Cortijo Grande golf course with private pool and large sun terrace.
The property is fully air conditioned with satellite TV, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and tranquility yet only a 5 minute drive from the village of Turre, with all amenities, and 15 minutes to the beaches of Mojacar.

Response from the owner Dear Alberto. Thank you for your feedback which we always appreciate but we have to correct some of your false statements. With regard to the check in time of 2.00pm, you were advised by e mail that you would not be able to check in to the property before 3pm. You arrived at the office at 3pm and were asked if you needed to grocery shop as the property is remote from the village up the mountain in a valley with no amenities. This is something we ask each guest who is arriving to this property as a courtesy to save them time . You stated that you did not want to shop so were directed to the entrance to the valley where you were again met and shown the way to the property. The valley entrance is about 15 minutes from the property as indicated on the details, the villa is remote. The pool had been cleaned but there were some leafs in the pool blown in from the bushes around the pool. The area around the pool had been cleaned, there are no hammocks and the sunbeds had the clean covers put on that morning. The water was working when you arrived as we checked this and made sure that it was running. The water deposit had just been filled with clean fresh spring drinking water (the tanker was just leaving) as the property is not on mains water supply but has a pumped system. The day after you arrived there was a problem with the pump for the water, we attended as soon as we had the call, around 7.30pm and when we could not fix it we called a plumber who came straight away and found the problem and fixed it. An element in the pump had broken. We left the property with the plumber at around 10pm that evening . We also went back up the following day to check that the water was still working correctly. There were no further issues reported with the water supply. As we do for every guest, the property had been cleaned thoroughly before you arrived. You were shown around each room in the property and each time you raised no issues. There were no clothes left in the property only towels and some sheets which are the owners and in their locked cupboard. The kitchen was clean and you were shown inside the oven and the dishwasher and again no issues were highlighted· The TV did work and still does work but it is an English TV and does not have a Spanish aerial. You were shown how to get the programmes on that it could receive. There is also DVD player and radio available in the villa. The internet is a radio internet and can be intermittent because of the position of the property. You were informed of this. The checkout is always 10am and is clearly shown on the booking form. You were informed that we would be arriving around 9am to be able to begin cleaning the outside of the property ready to begin indoors at 10am. You left at 11am. These are the accurate facts. You however failed to mention in your report that when you left the property there were pots and pans left in the dishwasher, the rubbish was not taken away and the barbecue was left dirty. The filters and pump on the pool had been turned off. You also had extra guests staying and had removed all of the bedroom furniture in one of the bedrooms so that you could lay airbeds down on the floor. You were told that this is not allowed and simply said it was not illegal. During your week’s stay you used all the spare bed linen stored by the cleaners. We are sorry that you felt that you had to write such a review as we have never had any guests previously complain in such a manner. The property is remote and we have issues with water and reception as a consequence of its position but we always try to remedy these as quickly as possible as we did on this occasion.
