Situata nei pressi di Mondavio, in provincia di Pesaro-Urbino nel nord delle Marche, Villa Sandra è una splendida villa con finiture di pregio. È immersa in un parco di alberi secolari ed olivi, con meravigliosa vista sulle campagne circostanti e sul borgo storico di Mondavio.
Oltre Mondavio, piccolo borgo rinascimentale famoso per la sua rocca, dalla villa si potrà sicuramente visitare anche il centro storico di Corinaldo, paese medioevale a circa 15 minuti d'auto. Corinaldo è circondato da imponenti e lunghe mura (circa 900 metri) che racchiudono un grazioso centro storico percorso da vie e scalinate. La più caratteristica scalinata detta 'del Pozzo della Polenta' in Luglio diventa lo scenario della Contesa del Pozzo, antica rievocazione storica in cui sono impegnati per le vie del paese centinaia di figuranti.
Meritano una visita anche i suggestivi borghi storici di Urbino, bellissima città universitaria, Gradara e Mondolfo. Spostandosi sulla costa sicuramente da visitare Senigallia, con il suo lungomare ricco di locali e ristoranti e la sua spiaggia detta spiaggia di velluto.
Durante i mesi estivi questi borghi si animano con rievocazioni storiche e sagre enogastronomiche di prodotti tipici locali.
La villa è circondata da un ampio parco, ombreggiato da alberi secolari, cespugli fioriti, rampicanti profumati e numerose piante di limoni e olivi. Adagiata sul prato si trova la grande piscina, rivestita di prezioso mosaico decorato. La piscina è interamente recintata ed è dotata di scala romana e zona adatta ai bambini. Attrezzata con lettini, ombrelloni e gazebo, l'ampia zona solarium è collegata alla villa mediante viali in pietra. Nella zona piscina, in posizione sopraelevata, è presente anche una vasca Jacuzzi per 4 persone.

La struttura è formata da unità abitative attigue. In una di queste è presente l'abitazione dei proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, che garantiranno la massima privacy durante il vostro soggiorno. È disposta su tre piani, collegati tramite una scala interna. La villa è dotata di ambienti raffinati ed eleganti, ampi, luminosi e climatizzati.
Il piano terra ha pavimenti in parquet e ambienti molto luminosi. È composto da:
– un’ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista con doppio forno, lavastoviglie, frigo-congelatore, bancone con fornelli e lavandino, ampio tavolo da pranzo per 12 persone e zona soggiorno con divani e tavoli;
– uno spazio esterno collegato alla zona giorno, ombreggiato da gazebo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare comodamente all’aperto;
– 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con accesso diretto ad un bagno rivestito di mosaico composto da doppio lavandino, vasca idromassaggio e doccia.
Le camere hanno grandi finestre che permettono di godere del magnifico panorama sul parco della villa e sulle campagne circostanti.
Il piano inferiore con pavimenti in parquet è composto da 3 camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno ensuite e rivestimento in mosaico. In dettaglio:
– un’ampia camera matrimoniale con doccia idromassaggio a vista, vasca con illuminazione naturale a soffitto e bagno; zona relax esterna ombreggiata da gazebo;
– un’ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno ensuite con doccia idromassaggio; zona relax esterna ombreggiata da gazebo;

Il piano primo è caratterizzato da pavimenti in parquet e soffitti con travi in legno e tavolato. È composto da:
– una zona living con TV, divani, di cui un divano letto adatto a due bambini, e cucina con accesso a un ampio terrazzo panoramico;
– 2 camere matrimoniali;
– un bagno con vasca da bagno, rivestito in mosaico;
– un bagno con doccia idromassaggio, rivestito in mosaico.
Si prega di notare che il numero massimo di adulti che possono soggiornare nella proprietà è 14 adulti.
Il prezzo di affitto include:
